February 7, 2011 - S.T.A.R.S. International elected a new Kenosha-based Board of Directors to oversee operations in 2011 and beyond. S.T.A.R.S. International will begin an expansion program hosted by the Kenosha Unified School District slated to begin on April 4, 2011.
